Having grown alongside Hensley CPA over the past eight years, Nicole brings a unique perspective to her role as Director of Firm Operations. Her experience across multiple areas of the firm allows her to develop efficient processes, strengthen internal operations, and create systems that support both the team and the client experience.
Nicole enjoys bringing structure to complex challenges and developing solutions that help the firm continue to grow. Whether creating standard operating procedures, improving workflows, or implementing new processes, she is passionate about making the organization stronger and more efficient.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, tackling 5,000-piece puzzles, and learning new skills.
