As Director of Accounting, she specializes in accounting operations, financial systems strategy, and client advisory, working closely with clients to improve processes and build scalable systems for long-term success.
Her background includes leading a $300 million post-acquisition integration involving ERP conversion, data migration, and organizational change management. That experience, combined with her passion for coaching and collaboration, allows Kim to help both clients and team members navigate change with confidence.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her Maltipoo, Harley Sinatra, traveling, experimenting in the kitchen, attending concerts, solving puzzles, and hosting game nights with family and friends.
